Throughout his career, Tony has defended RTA claims for many of the major insurers, both on quantum and liability. He recently successfully defended a brain injury claim where the Defendant alleged that the accident had been caused deliberately by the Claimant as part of a “turf war” between rival coach companies. His quantum experience extends to brain and spinal injuries; chronic pain and psychiatric injuries leading to amputation.

Miscarriage Of Justice

Claims for compensation for miscarriage of justice under section 133 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988. Drafting submissions to the Independent Assessor in cases of wrongful conviction for murder, attempted murder and rape following long (> 20 years) sentences of imprisonment.
