Guildhall Chambers insolvency team is one of the largest insolvency teams with a national reputation outside of London.

Based in Bristol and London the 12 strong team, including two leading insolvency Queens Counsel, provide focused advocacy and advice on all aspects of contentious insolvency law, including:

  • Asset recovery, including obtaining freezing orders and other ancillary relief.
  • Directors' liabilities and prosecuting and defending directors' disqualification proceedings.
  • Disciplinary matters concerning Insolvency Practitioners, and Insolvency Practitioner's liability.
