Sports Law
Richard is also a specialist in Sports Law. His experience in criminal work has been called upon in the representation of sportsmen and sporting organisations. Most notably in this regard, acting for an international sportsman charged with sexual offences, and racehorse jockeys and trainers accused of fraudulent practices.
