Property
George is a property and trusts lawyer, a chartered arbitrator and accredited mediator. He is a nationally recognised expert on restrictive covenants affecting land, buildings and development and is the editor of Preston and Newsom's Restrictive Covenants.

The case substantially clarified the criteria for the modification of restrictive covenants by the Lands Tribunal and is of considerable importance to developers and objectors alike.
