Expertise in prosecuting and defending a wide range of criminal cases including:
- Attempted Rape and serious Sexual Assault

- Violent Disorder
- Fraud
- Death by Dangerous Driving
- Armed Robbery
- High level Drug Supply and Money Laundering.
Regularly instructed to prosecute grade 4 level work.
Regulatory Crime
Martin is a member of the Regulatory Crime team. Having read Natural Sciences at Cambridge University for his first degree Martin has a high level of familiarity with complex technical and scientific concepts. He has an ongoing interest in the areas of Waste and Pollution and has advised and acted for local authorities as well as private clients in actions brought by the EA. Martin has also acted in noise nuisance cases and acted for Trading Standards.
