Anthony (Tony) has extensive experience of serious personal injury claims for both claimants and defendants. His most recent success in the Court of Appeal was Ellis v Bristol City Council (2007). However, has also recently dealt with claims involving serious brain injury (especially subtle frontal lobe disorders), spinal injury, lower limb amputation and somatoform and similar psychiatric injuries, chronic regional pain syndrome (reflex sympathetic dystrophy) and associated rheumatological disorders. Tony also acts for claimants in clinical negligence cases. He has wide experience in surgical (orthopaedic and other), oncological, anaesthetic and obstetric mismanagement.
