William advises and represents landlords and tenants in all forms of dispute related to the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 including: succession; rent reviews; repairs; notices to quit; compensation; and issues about security of tenure. He is also able to advise clients in connection with the resolution of disputes arising under the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995. He also advises Arbitrators appointed under the 1986 Act or the Arbitration Act 1996 to resolve disputes under the 1986 or 1995 Acts. In addition he offers advice and representation in connection with the resolution of disputes generally related to the use of farmland. He is also able to advise and appear for clients involved in non-agricultural landlord and tenant disputes.
