Crime Team Seminar

The crime team will be hosting a seminar for defence solicitors on Thursday 15th June at The Forge in Colston Yard, located just off Park Row.

The seminar will include talks on the following topics:

  • Section 28, the Pre Recorded cross examination of vulnerable witnesses and witness handling
  • Vulnerable defendants: Immigration and Mental Health considerations
  • Sentencing update
  • Regulatory crime - the basics

Refreshments will be provided on arrival and throughout the evening.

The conference is accredited with 1.5 CPD points (Training Reference 1383).


This seminar is free of charge to attend.
