Members of chambers have significant advocacy, advisory and drafting expertise and experience spanning a broad range of company law including the internal management of companies, directors’ duties, shareholder disputes, derivative claims, just & equitable windings up, schemes of arrangement, financial assistance, and reductions of capital. Members also act and advise in relation to unincorporated associations, partnerships and LLPs.
