The PI team has grown considerably over the last few years and has been joined, during this period, by 3 members from London sets. Consequently, we have a team of significant breadth and depth of expertise.
We are a lively team, with members able to draw on each others' experiences of cases and judges, ensuring that we all keep up to date with the frequent changes in the legal world. The size of the team means that members are able to maintain a professional distance from each other - we advise with guaranteed confidentially and with maximum sensitivity to clients. This is evidenced by the regular appearance of team members against each other in court.
There are facilities in Chambers for joint settlement meetings which we regularly host for insurers and claimants.
Team members regularly undertake work under legal expenses insurance, CFA and private instruction.
