We pride ourselves on hosting seminars which are engaging, informative and packed full of the latest updates in case law. Our open seminars are held throughout the year predominantly in the South West and Wales but also throughout the UK.
In addition to seminars we also host breakfast meetings and in-house training upon request. Training can be held at our offices in Bristol or we can travel to you. To discuss your training requirements in detail please contact the relevant team clerks.

Insolvency Birmingham @ Malmaison Hotel - 8th February 2012
For the first time the Guildhall Insolvency Team will be holding an evening seminar in Birmingham on Wednesday 8th February at Malmaison Hotel. The seminar will include the same topics as the Leeds event including the liability of professional advisers for void dispositions, IVA developments and making sense of the veritable flood of cases on the invalid appointment of administrators. The Guildhall PI Defendant 2011 seminar took place on Thursday 9th June.
