Richard Ascroft and Oliver Mitchell would be pleased if you would join them over breakfast, when they will be talking about the construction of contracts. They will consider some headline points relating to the interpretation of contractual provisions, including: 

• recent guidance on interpretation from the Supreme Court;
• the present position as to the overarching principles for contractual interpretation; and
• the use of materials in construing a contract, and in particular the admissibility of post-contractual material for the purposes of construction.

Spaces are limited so places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Tea, coffee and breakfast will be served throughout.
