Inspire, celebrate and connect aspiring young people from inner city Bristol with inspirational professionals.
That is the concept behind the Babbasa “ask about me” event which was held on Saturday 24th October 2015.
Guildhall Chambers is proud to be able to support this event which is now in its 3rd year.
Last Saturday night 100 young people from Bristol connected with 100 professionals with the aim to mentor, offer their expertise, insight and gain access to networks that the young people might otherwise not have the opportunity to reach.
The event was staged by Babbasa, the Bristol based social enterprise that is dedicated to empowering young people to advance in employability and enterprise skills.
“It was an exciting evening – full of energy and talent and the start of many productive relationships. Babbasa sets us all a good example of where things should be heading in the world of work. I would encourage you all to get involved with Babbasa perhaps through the mentoring programme.”
Selena Plowden, Guildhall Chambers
