19/10/2016

Wednesday, 19th October, 2016

The MShed, Princes Wharf, Wapping Road, BS1 4RN

The Commercial Team are delighted to announce they will be hosting their annual seminar on Wednesday 19th October 2016, at the M-Shed in Bristol with Sir William Blair, Judge in charge of the Commercial Court, attending as a keynote speaker.

This year’s seminar will include talks on limitation issues in commercial litigation, company disputes and authority to issue proceedings, (including the costs consequences for solicitors and clients) and contractual interpretation, implied terms and contractual estoppel.  We will also be offering a choice of four industry focused workshop sessions.

We hope the venue and the workshops will facilitate an interactive seminar and enable delegates to gain knowledge on key practice areas as well as meet members of the team in areas of special interest.

Comprehensive materials and refreshments will be provided, including an early lunch.
