A series of 4 x 40-minute mini-seminars (including a 5 minute changeover), led by members of Guildhall Chambers , with mid-morning coffee break at 10:55-11:10.

Room 1 – Company, Joint Venture & Partnership Law session

  • 9:30 – 10:10 – Unfair prejudice petitions – a review of hot topics and common problems –led by Lottie Mallin-Martin and Jack Brett
  • 10:15 – 10:55 – Remedies in partnership dissolution cases: is a buyout (per Syers v Syers (1876) 1 App. Cas. 174) still available following the decisions in Bahia [2024] EWCA Civ 605 and Cobden [2024] EWHC 1581 (Ch) – led by Stefan Ramel
