Settled at £1.85M Acted for the claimant.), TDX v Raven Mount Services Co Ltd (a mesothelioma claim settled at the door of court where the issue was the liability of a parent company for the exposure by a subsidiary of an employee to asbestos.) and Ward v Cape Distribution Ltd (a mesothelioma claim where the Claimant was seeking to extend the principle in Chandler v Cape Distribution to self-employed sub-contractors: settled for substantial damages shortly before trial).
