Witness statements are the cornerstone of the employment tribunal process. It's easy to win or lose a case on the quality of the statements, yet this is an area in which solicitors and barristers receive little in the way of formal training.
This user-friendly, practical session will assist delegates to produce high quality, relevant and persuasive witness statements, thus maximising the prospects of success in terms of liability, quantum and sometimes, costs.
