Suzanne Staunton and Geraint Probert of Guildhall Chambers would be delighted if you would join them over breakfast to discuss the tactical approach to the written pleadings at the early stages of Tribunal litigation, after sending/ receiving the ET1 and ET3, and what strategies can be used to give your client an advantage. This will include:

  • Further and Better Particulars requests – when to make them and what to say;
  • Scott schedules – when to use them and what to include;
  • Requests for statistical information, discussing how to use them to your advantage;
  • Common pit-falls and how to avoid them

The session is primarily aimed at paralegals, trainees and solicitors with up to 5 years PQE, though everyone is welcome to come along for a cup of tea/coffee and bite to eat. 

Spaces are limited so places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment!
