We have adopted a specialist team approach to our practices for many years. We feel that this is the way our clients want us to work, and that specialisation leads to the provision of a better service.

23/11/2017
This year we are delighted to be able to welcome Rouin Amirfeyz, an eminent hand and wrist surgeon, with considerable experience in medico-legal work.
In addition, members of the team will speak on: non-delegable duties (after the Supreme Court decision in Armes v Notts CC on 18th December 2017); all aspects of care claims and issues (gratuitous and commercial); how to settle cases where discount rates are fluctuating.
There will also be a choice of in-depth workshops on fatal accident claims and the impact of dishonesty in PI claims, and a detailed update in relation to Procedure, Costs Management and Substantive Law.
We very much look forward to welcoming you to the seminar.
