Deduction of benefits flowing from death in dependency claims: does section 4 mean what it says?

Following on from our earlier webinar last week, we are pleased to confirm that the next webinar which is specifically aimed at Defendant insurers and solicitors, is to be hosted by Anthony Reddiford.

This webinar will examine whether the rule against deduction of benefits flowing from death in dependency claims is quite as simple as is often claimed. It will consider whether benefits are in some circumstances taken into account in assessing damages for loss of financial and/or services dependency.

Please note that we will need to cap numbers of attendees to no more than x250 in order to optimise the interactive nature of the webinar. Places will be offered on a first come first served basis.

The webinar will be recorded, and the recording hosted on our website, for those who are unable to attend.

Please complete the booking form below should you wish to register for your free place.
