Our members often work in the specialised jurisdiction of the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), including the Land Registration, Agricultural Land & Drainage and Residential Property divisions, and we regularly appear in the County Court, High Court (Chancery Division) and the Court of Appeal. We are experienced in mediation and arbitration, and some of our members are themselves accredited mediators.
