We have adopted a specialist team approach to our practices for many years. We feel that this is the way our clients want us to work, and that specialisation leads to the provision of a better service.

This year we are delighted to be able to introduce a joint address from two of the country’s leading clinicians in the field of chronic pain: Professor Candy McCabe, Consultant Nurse at the Bath Centre for Pain Services, and Dr Andreas Goebel, Consultant in Pain Medicine and at the forefront of research at the Walton Centre in Liverpool.
In addition, members of the team will speak on: causation and material contribution, mitigation of loss (in relation to medical treatment), and costs management. We will also provide a detailed CPR and substantive law update, and two in depth workshops on defective premises/occupiers liability; pre-action issues, fixed costs and the portal.
Comprehensive written materials, refreshments and lunch will be provided
The conference is accredited with 5 CPD points (Training reference: 1383).
