London Insolvency Seminar: Office-holders liability

The Guildhall Insolvency team is delighted to announce they will be hosting a London seminar in February 2017.

This late afternoon seminar will focus on the circumstances in which office-holders find themselves in the firing line for personal liability as litigants or when litigated against, including: 

  • the different categories of causes of action against them – as agents, fiduciaries, statutory obligees and/or professionals
  • issues raised where the claimant first requires permission from the court
  • strategies for defending claims
  • Part 20 proceedings
  • issues relating to adverse costs

The seminar will start at 5 pm (registration from 4.30 pm) and will be followed by drinks and canapés at 7.45 pm.
