The Guildhall Chambers Costs & Litigation Funding team and Paragon Costs Solutions are pleased to announce the return of their annual Costs Seminar on Tuesday 11th June 2019 at the M-Shed in Bristol.
We are delighted to announce that District Judge Marshall Phillips, Regional Costs Judge and Immediate Past President of The Association of Her Majesty’s District Judges, will be our guest speaker at the seminar.
The seminar will include a talk from District Judge Marshall Phillips giving his perspective on how well, or otherwise, the current costs rules/procedures are working, what practitioners could be doing better (e.g. tips/pitfalls to avoid) and observations on the future of costs/civil justice.
Comprehensive materials and refreshments will be provided throughout the course of the seminar.
