Preparing and Running Employment Tribunal Hearings
The Covid-19 pandemic has already had far-reaching consequences, one of which is that self-isolation and remote working has become the new normality and will continue as such for the foreseeable future.
Following the recent announcements from HMCTS and the President of the Employment Tribunals, there is an obvious imperative to adapt to these new working conditions. Guildhall Chambers have considerable experience working electronically and are fully equipped to attend virtual hearings.
We invite you to join us for a short 45-minute seminar, during which we will share our expertise in how to prepare for and manage an effective remote hearing. This seminar will cover:
The seminar will take place on (1) Tuesday 31 March at 3:00pm and 8:00pm (the latter as a family-friendly option) or (2) Wednesday 1st April at 10:00am or 6:00pm and will be accessible via a link to Guildhall Chambers’ Microsoft Teams online software.
Please click on the ‘book now’ blue button towards the top right of the screen and complete the booking form should you wish to register for your free place. You will then receive a seperate email asking you for your preferred time slot.
