Personal Injury (Defendant) Webinar – Vicarious Libility: Where are we now?

21/05/2020

Following on from last month’s webinar on remote hearings, the team is pleased to announce a series of webinars to take place over the next few weeks, as a replacement for our popular PI Defendant seminar.

Instead of a day of seminars, we will be hosting a number of short webinars spread out over several weeks. Each webinar will be recorded, and the recordings posted on our website, for those of you who are unable to attend live.

Vicarious Liability: Where are we now?

Date: 21 May 2020
Time: 3:00pm (1 hour including Q&A)
Where: Comfort of your own home
Cost: Free

Kriti Upadhyay kicks off the first in the series with an interactive webinar considering the impact of the recent Supreme Court decisions in WM Morrisons Supermarkets v Various Claimants and Barclays Bank v Various Claimants on the changing vicarious liability landscape, and how this is likely to impact Defendant employers.

Please note that we will need to cap numbers of attendees to no more than x250 in order to optimise the interactive nature of the webinar. So places will be offered on a first come first served basis.

The webinar will be recorded, and the recording hosted on our website, for those who are unable to attend.

Please complete the booking form below should you wish to register for your free place. We will email you to confirm your place and send you joining instructions.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Information about the second webinar in the series will be sent out next week!
