As a member of Sport Resolutions’ National Safeguarding Panel Christopher Quinlan QC, head of our Crime and Sport Teams, assisted in the drafting and production of the new Safeguarding Investigation Guide and templates launched today.
The Guide will provide comprehensive advice to all sports organisations, teams and individuals on undertaking safeguarding investigations. It covers how to approach an investigation, and which matters will need to be considered, or completed, at each investigation stage. The aim of the Guide is to provide a consistent, fair and transparent process that will benefit victims and survivors, and those who may be the subject of safeguarding concerns or allegations.
Christopher is a member of Sport Resolutions’ Panel of Arbitrators and is a legal member of both the National Anti-Doping Panel and National Safeguarding Panel. He is also World Rugby’s Judicial Panel Chairman and the Football Association’s Judicial Panel Chairman.
