Guildhall’s Personal Injury Team are pleased to announce that they will be hosting their annual all-day Defendant seminar for lawyers, insurers and claims handlers at The M-Shed, Bristol on Wednesday 14th June 2017.
We are delighted to welcome as our guest speaker a highly renowned local wrist and hand surgeon, Rouin Amirfeyz.
In addition, the team will cover: consumer protection, the discount rate, animals, fatal accidents, costs, Part 36, failure to mitigate (in the context of medical treatment), ‘use of vehicle’ and other issues.
