Disputes concerning registered land

Brittany Pearce will be looking at overriding interests that can take effect against registered land (Schedule 3 of the LRA 2002), and will offer guidance on the distinction between alteration and rectification of the register (Schedule 4 of the LRA 2002).

Statutory magic and what it means

Oliver Mitchell will consider the conclusive effect of registration under section 58 of the Land Registration Act 2002, its scope and some implications.
