There is often little point in embarking on Employment Tribunal litigation if the endgame cannot be predicted with accuracy. This 1.5 hr lunch session will provide detailed practical guidance on the aspects of remedy that cause the most amount of head scratching for practitioners. The seminar will consider how to assess pecuniary losses following the release of the updated 4th edition Pension guidance, non-pecuniary loss (injury to feelings, personal injury and other non-pecuniary losses) as well as the current position in relation to secondary liability factors such as Contributory Conduct, and how these factors impact on each other and the other considerations in a Schedule of Loss.
