We invite you to the second Insolvency webinar in our Autumn series where Simon and Ed will talk about Void Dispositions in Compulsory Liquidation (s.127 of the Insolvency Act 1986)”. Simon and Ed have considerable experience of s.127 of the Insolvency Act 1986, having acted for the Liquidators in Officeserve Technologies Ltd and other comparative matters. In this webinar they will provide a technical and practical overview of the mechanics of the section; the grounds for seeking and obtaining validation orders; claims to recover the proceeds of void dispositions; available defences to such claims; and the overlap between such claims and misfeasance claims.
