Guildhall Chambers and our barristers are ranked in the new The Legal 500 2026 guide in 13 practice areas across the Western Bar, with 53 of our members receiving a total of 82 individual listings. Congratulations in particular to Holly Doyle (Professional Negligence), James Fuller (Property & Construction), Kate Harrington (Property & Construction), Phillip Hughes (Personal Injury) and James Bentley (Clinical Negligence) for entering the tier rankings for the first time and to Nicholas Evans, who has been ranked as a Rising Star for Property & Construction.
There were also several promotions in multiple areas. Congratulations to James Fuller (who moves from Rising Star to Tier 1 in Agriculture), Richard Ascroft (who moves from Tier 2 to Tier 1 in Company & Insolvency), Gabriel Farmer (who moves from Tier 2 to Tier 1 in Personal Injury) and Martin Lanchester (who moves from Tier 2 to Tier 1 in Clinical Negligence)
Many, many thanks, as ever, to all our clients for making this happen.
