She then undertook the BPTC at the University of Law gaining a Very Competent mark and receiving the Opinion Writing Prize for ranking top in her cohort. This entailed observing a two week hearing before the Market Misconduct Tribunal sitting behind lead counsel for the Securities and Futures Commission. She then spent a week as an intern at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.

Saisha then spent some more time in Hong Kong undertaking a three week internship at Withersworldwide in the Dispute Resolution Commercial team.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Saisha worked as a commercial paralegal at Withersworldwide in London in the Intellectual Property and Technology team. She was involved in a number of commercial contract disputes during this role.

During their second six our Pupils are regularly attending hearings on matters across the practice areas undertaken at Guildhall Chambers which include insolvency, commercial, property and personal injury.
