Following the Court of Appeal judgment in Griffiths v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, there has been a considerable amount of analysis in the legal press as to its implications.
In this seminar to mark the launch of our London Office, Douglas Leach who appeared as Counsel for the DWP in Griffiths in the Court of Appeal and Julian Allsop will provide the definitive view on the principles that it decided as to the correct application of the Equality Act 2010 in relation to the management of attendance at work, and its wider implications for disability discrimination claims.
We would be delighted if you and your colleagues could join us for some drinks and canapés afterwards.
The conference is accredited with 1 CPD points (Training reference: 1383).
Normal delegate rate: Free to attend.
